· use the materials, or substantial portions of them, to provide another course, presentation, training program or other commercial or educational product.
Materials provided to the Customer may be used for the purpose for which they were provided as part of the purchased service.
This does not prevent a person from developing their own independent work based on their own ideas, knowledge or research, provided that doing so does not involve unauthorized copying or adaptation of Krik Krak’s protected expression.
7.4 Permitted Use by Organizations
When an organization purchases a Krik Krak presentation, workshop or lecture for its employees, members, students or other specified participants, the organization receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for those participants to attend and benefit from the service purchased.

Krik Krak does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is included in a presentation.
Third-party material remains subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to that material.
The Customer must not assume that permission to attend a Krik Krak event gives the Customer permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use third-party material shown or played during the event.
Where required by applicable law or the applicable license terms, Krik Krak will identify the author, source or rights holder of third-party material. Krik Krak will otherwise identify the source where reasonably appropriate.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, flooding, fire or a power outage affecting the venue, or restrictions on access to the venue resulting from a police operation, security incident or investigation. This does not affect the Customer's right to a refund under the agreement or applicable law.
